David Howell serves as the primary consultant. He's been working with clients for over 7 years and  enjoys helping people define problems, research them, assist in the epiphany process, and then help clients act on the knowledge gained. 

David has a PhD from Washing State University in Individual Interdisciplinary Studies and an MFA from the University of Alaska in Creative Writing. He has authored several books on thought process including The Descent into Happiness and The Serenity Experiment. He works in the Humanities Department at the Milwaukee School of Engineering where he teaches courses in ethics and literature. 

As an Epiphany Consultant, Andrea Ventola guides individuals and organizations through transformative moments of insight that unlock creativity, clarity, and growth. Andrea helps clients see patterns, reframe challenges, and discover breakthrough ideas that lead to purposeful action. This role combines deep listening, intuitive questioning, and structured reflection to create environments where genuine “aha” moments can occur. 

Andrea has a PhD in Civil Engineering from the University of Michigan. She also works as the Assistant Director for Experiential Learning at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
